Terms and Conditions

Area of application:

 

  • The following General Conditions of Business of shop.swissdent.ch shall apply to all contracts, offers, deliveries and other services published on this website or otherwise offered through shop.swissdent.ch.
  • The General Conditions of Business shall be deemed accepted when an order is placed for goods or a service. Any diviating, conflicting or supplementary General Conditions of Business of the Buyer shall thus be void.

 

Dispatch and delivery:

 

  • Any goods purchased shall be delivered free of charge in Switzerland by PostPac Economy (B-Post). At the request of the customer, goods may also be sent with PostPac Priority (A-Post) at a cost of CHF 8.00.
  • Within Europe, goods shall be sent with the FedEx trackable service for a shipping fee of EUR 9.90. For overseas deliveries, the contribution towards shipping costs shall be EUR 15.00.
  • Items in stock shall generally be dispatched within two working days. Notification of the order status shall be sent directly by e-mail.

 

Retention of title:

 

  • Until payment has been made in full, the goods delivered shall remain the property of shop.swissdent.ch.

 

Transfer of risk:

 

  • The risk shall be passed to the buyer as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the shipping company. Any damages occurring during transportation may not, therefore, be claimed from Swissdent Cosmetics AG.

 

Withdrawal from contract:

 

  • It is generally not possible to cancel orders.

 

Right of return:

 

  • Please notify us of any complaints in writing no later than eight days after receiving the goods. Any merchandise returned must be in a perfect, sealed condition. For hygienic reasons, we shall neither take back nor exchange any incorrectly ordered merchandise.

  • The layout of this website, all texts, contents and images are protected by copyright. These may not be distributed, published or copied without our express written consent.

 

Place of jurisdiction:

 

  • Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction for both parties is 8008 Zurich, Switzerland.

 

Data protection:

 

  • All customer information and other personal data shall be treated confidentially and shall not be passed on to third parties. It shall be stored in our system exclusively for the purpose of processing orders, customer service and future research.
